I can't praise Bernard enough. I first became aware of him through his very useful neighborhood newsletter. I eventually contacted him and he help me compile a list of items to prepare the house for sale. Having talked to other realtors, I knew this list made the most sense. When a painter seemed too expensive, he found a less expensive one. When the termite report seem expensive to fix, he found another less expensive.

When the house was ready, he knew exactly what to do: advertising and conducting open houses, making a beautiful brochure, building a professional level website with a video walk-through.
