Bernard helped my mother sell her townhouse in a very hot market. He expertly guided us through multiple offers after the house was listed for only several days! We had around a hundred groups troop through the house during the one open-house weekend and multiple private showings. His marketing plan, pricing strategy, and staging (thanks also to Yvonne, his stager) really paid off. Bernard also offered excellent customer service and communication; he was at every inspection and also at the closing. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable and responsive Bernard is. He helped us buy and sell our condo in record time, and now that we've moved out of the area - we understand even more what a blessing his expertise was! We recently worked with Bernard Gibbons on the sale of our home in San Ramon. I cannot say enough good things about the job he did and would heartily recommend him without reservation.
He is extremely knowledgeable about the East Bay market and about real estate in general. He developed a comprehensive marketing plan and provided great advice regarding prepping the house for sale. During the sales process, he made all of the right moves as conditions changed. He worked tirelessly to help us no matter what issues arose.

Bernard was fantastic to work with. My wife and I were first time home buyers and felt very comfortable working with Bernard. He didn't rush us at all and made sure that we found the right home for us. He told us that he didn't care how long it took and he was a man of his word. We really appreciated his knowledge of the area and his help walking us through the home buying process. I would recommend Bernard to any home buyers. Excellent service and very attentive to all of our questions.
